LDBC Participates in the 36th Edition of the ACM SIGMOD/PODS Conference

LDBC is presenting two papers at the next edition of the ACM SIGMOD/PODS conference held in Melbourne from May 31st to June 4th, 2015. The annual ACM SIGMOD/PODS conference is a leading international forum for database researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore cutting-edge ideas and results, and to exchange techniques, tools and experiences.

On the industry track, LDBC will be presenting the Social Network Benchmark Interactive Workload by Orri Erling (OpenLink Software), Alex Averbuch (Neo Technology), Josep Larriba-Pey (Sparsity Technologies), Hassan Chafi (Oracle Labs), Andrey Gubichev (TU Munich), Arnau Prat (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), Minh-Duc Pham (VU University Amsterdam) and Peter Boncz (CWI).

The other presentation will be at the GRADES workshop within the SIGMOD program regarding Graphalytics: A Big Data Benchmark for Graph-Processing platforms by Mihai Capotă, Tim Hegeman, Alexandru Iosup (Delft University of Technology), Arnau Prat (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), Orri Erling (OpenLink Sotware) and Peter Boncz (CWI). We will provide more information about GRADES and this specific presentation in a following post as GRADES is part of the events organized by LDBC.
